Quality & Safety

Quality & Safety

The safety and well-being of our employees are our top priorities. We are equally committed to operating our business with the safety of our stakeholders, subcontractors, and the surrounding community in mind.

To achieve this, strict safety protocols are mandatory for all employees at our sites, making safety an integral part of our company culture.

We are committed to:

  • Planning ahead to systematically identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensuring that our employees are well-prepared and equipped to work safely.
  • Engaging our employees in all safety-related activities to foster a proactive safety environment.
  • Providing training, education, and information to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills they need to fulfill their roles safely and responsibly.
  • Thoroughly investigating all incidents and accidents and taking the necessary steps to prevent them from recurring.
  • Supervising employees to ensure adherence to safety procedures at all times.
  • Recording and investigating all incidents to identify the root causes and implementing corrective measures to avoid future occurrences.
  • Developing and implementing emergency and evacuation procedures to ensure preparedness in case of emergencies.
  • Maintaining all equipment to ensure it is safe for use.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections of our worksites to continually monitor and improve safety standards.
  • Providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to all employees to ensure their safety.

Employee and Subcontractor Responsibilities:

  • Work in full compliance with our safety rules and regulations, ensuring that all controls are properly implemented.
  • Report any incidents or potential safety risks to the Safety Manager.
  • Stop work immediately if there is any threat to their own safety or the safety of others.

Responsibility and Implementation

The General Manager and Management team hold overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy. However, every employee is expected to be vigilant about potential health and safety risks and to actively contribute to minimizing these risks in their work areas. The Quality Manager is responsible for conducting periodic audits and reviews to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
